Before Dr. Rocchio became a Chiropractor, he was a chiropractic patient. “My Chiropractic experience started back in the early 90’s when I suffered a sports injury that was projected to be a season ending injury until I saw a Chiropractor. The Chiropractor had me back playing hockey again within two weeks!” “Since being a Chiropractic patient, it has helped me with various health issues ranging from injuries, aches and pains to relieving headaches and regulating my digestion!” Dr. Rocchio is dedicated to educating as many people as possible about the extensive health benefits of proper Chiropractic care, including regular Chiropractic check-ups. He has an undeniable passion for caring for infants and children, allowing them to express their full life potential starting at a young age. Dr. Rocchio received his Bachelors of Science from Quinnipiac University and his Doctor of Chiropractic from the University of Bridgeport, College of Chiropractic. He is an active member of the Connecticut Chiropractic Council and the International Chiropractic Association. A lifelong resident of Southern Connecticut, Dr. Rocchio began private practice in 2008 and looks forward to the opportunity in helping families succeed in living a life of optimal health.

Dr. Kara has been under chiropractic care since birth when her parents sought a natural approach to health care to allow her to grow and develop at her healthiest. She has remained under regular chiropractic care her whole life, which allowed her to stay healthy throughout childhood, perform her best as a soccer player and dancer, and miss fewer days of school by staying healthier overall. Dr. Kara has always had a passion for a healthy lifestyle, and she understands how chiropractic is the key component to that. She lives the chiropractic lifestyle that helps her and her family be their best.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey and her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University in Georgia.
